That shop has been doing it that way since my dad worked there 35yrs ago.

I believe it, just my insurance loves my payments the way it is. No need to give them more. Plus we had a jack fail at work, since then I have been a little nervous with jack only support.


Parked the truck for three weeks while on the road. Will see how cranky she will be when I get home.

Nothing major, replaced fuel bowl o-rings yesterday, ordered new cup holders yesterday, came in this morning. Nice to have actual cupholders, not cup throwers! Oh...and swapped out my 8 hole xlt wheels for my lariat 5 spokers.

Learned the speedometer does something goofy when you go over 100. Not sure what exactly it does because I didn't catch it till the very end but it did it.

Your odometer goes to dashes, and the needles swings left back to zero.

I didn't notice the odometer but I caught the end like I said. I was attempting to keep up with my buddies 6.4. I succeeded because he wasn't going crazy just cruising along at 100+ for a minute.
