RH manifold isn't needed, did for get the rubber between the lower and the turbo. I have a all the upper gaskets in the tool box. The turbo gasket kit/mount kit on the older trucks included everything so I'd assume it includes the gaskets/clamps for the turbo on the 15+ aswell.

Pin 4 in the fan clutch connector is the speed sensor. Grey/yellow is the wire color. This should cut the speed sensor signal to the pcm causing it to max out the fan clutch and also set a p0528 dtc.
