That's the brass elbow the left side injector return goes into, correct?

I turned the key on, then went under the hood and pulled the wire off. Its definitely clicking. Is there any way it can come unhooked inside the pump? What has me puzzled is that this all started after doing right side only injector washers. It ran fine after doing the left side.

Depends on the application. O-rings in the head work best for daily driving and fire rings in the block often are found in high hp. As for hot retorque on my last Cummins I did it every three or so competition events.
