Heres the remaining hardware. Coil over conversion, track bar lower mount, and bolt sack.

I'm making some progress on the install. Just taking my time and painting/powder coating as I go. I'm about to do the new track bar and I plan on using an air hammer to remove the lower track bar ball joint.

Anyone know which way the joint cones out. Would it get pushed down towards the floor or up towards the motor.

I just don't wanna spend 20 minutes making it tighter. The fact that I painted the axle previously makes it difficult to see which side the stop is located.

Got the track bar installed. It is my understanding that reg track bar angle should match the steering arm angle so I'm going to try moving the lower mount to the top of the axle.

I definately have some tweaking to do in order to get it right. Then pull it all apart and paint, grease, and never seize.

Opps i meant what are you using for a four or 3 link? Do you plan to index the t case?

I have a Rize four link that I installed a few weeks ago. It is looking like I will be ok on the transfer case as it sits. Once I get the mechanics squared away I will get into the math and angles of the front driveshaft.

I have 9.5 inches In the front with 5* of caster and my drive shaft is binding and vibrates so bad! I ordered a pmf 4 link with cross member and indexing ring can't wait to get it in!

Yeah, with that much lift I think it will work better on top. Mine is that way but came with a new bracket.

07, how do you like your hydro assist? I have been wanting one cause sometimes my chit will not turn in parking lots etc when not moving or very slowly. Try having a 1410 front drive line with a matching cv. I just put mine in and no more binding.
