Wouldnt the shifting on the pull make a incorrect number?

yes. that's why the more accurate horsepower number is taken from a smooth curve. not trying to take anything away from Chris as his truck has put down I think around 475 on another dyno but if you have a graph with large shift spikes, you don't just take the highest point on the graph and say that's the number. I did that when I posted 1 of my first dyno graphs before i knew how to read graphs properly and got chewed on pretty good.

the dyno operator should have let Chris make a pull until he had a nice smooth curve. he should have known better.
