How did this turn out? Do you have pictures of the whole fuel cooler delete process? I will be doing this when I put on my lp system and just want to know what I need.

I am awaiting a fitting that comes on tommarow for the regulator. I needed a o-ring boss plug and nobody is open on weekends around here. Should be here tommarow. My setup will be a little different because I have the fuel bowl delete or the air dog upgrade.

Those tube to AN fittings will work. You need to cut the line as close as you can to the end where it turns into a soft line or else you will not have the room for it. Best pic I have..

Looks very clean. On a side note, is that the 1200 degree header wrap on the up pipes?

Anybody delete the fuel cooler and pump completely, hooking the vgt actuator cooling to the engine cooling circuit?

I did not delete the fuel cooler but I would not be opposed to it if I knew the temps would stay in check. I am running a unregulated return now and that seems to work pretty good. Returns back to the tank not the fuel block.

This is the work that Morgan done. Its elites stage 2 lpfs with a custom cooler delete. The return is also unregulated feeding a cooler underneath. So far I'm pleased with the kit, it is very clean and thought out.

I'm planning on making my own unregulated return fuel system, with a frame or bumper mounted fuel system, returning back to the fuel cell. Just would like to get some of the crap out of the engine bay.
