Thanks guys, I am scared of that pump now, I called elite about how soon I could get the tow power atmospheric and info on the bag of parts, waiting on them to return the call.
Do yall really think the stock pump will be ok?

I say f industrial and their pumps. I will dump mine before it blows and they don't accept any responsibility.

60 HP nozzles or 60% over nozzles?

60 over, Is what it says on the site, I was thinking its the same but have read otherwise now.The guys at Rudys seem to think it will work fine. I talked to several people today half said it will half said it won't maintain rail pressure. Several people say its in the tune, idk but I don't want the II pump if its has issues and think dual fuelers are way over kill for what I need.

Ya. I tried 2.2ms of pulse width with stock pump and 30% over nozzles with ported rails. Rp was 23,400psi which is low by a little bit. 1.9ms pulse width was fine. 60% over nozzles will be worse. Sure you could cut the pulse width back but what's the point of the bigger nozzles then.

I'm lost on all that, all I can go by is what he told me. I called Mike after I called Rudys back to change them to 30% nozzles but they had already shipped the 60% ones. Will I be loosing anything if he has to turn the p/w down vs going with the 30% ones?

In all reality you should make more power with a bigger nozzle and less pw anyway so you should be fine

All in all you should have a better running truck with the 60s over. Like stated you will need a shorter PW tune, but like Shane stated you will be injecting more fuel for a shorter amount of time. The fuel will also be atomized better. Only downfall is all your tunes will more than likely need custom tuning in order to maintain FRP.
