Same setup. 2.5" leveling kit, 5" OUO blocks, 05 bed since new beds are hideous, and 20x12 centerline up front due to me bending a rim.

You can put a 13.50 on them if you want. Ive run 12.50's on all my dually trucks. A 295/70 and 2" spacer between duals and you'll be set.

So put them on, add 30psi and forget about them. I leave 45psi in mine all the time. I did leafs to 1 truck and hated it from the time I pulled it out of the shop. Personally if he's against bags I'd bring it to level with a block then add a additional over load spring to the stack to help...
