Just finished installing a kc38r on my 02 today. Unfortunately the truck is completely stock besides a 5" exhaust for a few more weeks until I swap all the mods over from my 03. I'll post back then if this thread is still active...

Small world... I have a customer I deliver steel to regularly in Lagrange and remember seeing your truck on 303. I see those DRX trucks all the time down the street from another customer too lol. First time I saw that f650 with the normal bed on it I instantly loved it.

Thanks guys. He said he'll have it checked again and fixed. Body and rest of truck are in good shape. 213k miles. Has it priced for a little over nada value. 13,995. Rust free trucks here go for even more ridiculous prices, that's why I'm looking out of state.

I have a 4" icon lift on my 2003. I don't recall having any issues with the bracket though :shrug: Maybe there were some differences in the earlier years. I could of swore mine used metric bolts.

Sounds real similar in the cab. Does that truck have a muffler on it? Hard to tell by the exhaust. I looked through that thread, and my idle sounds like 'Cat_rebel's' obs with 275/200 hybrids...

DC is 9.7 14.3 I keep wondering if tuning would cure this. I'm starting to get tired of it idling like this. It shakes a little bit which really bothers me.

I replaced the hpop with a honey badger jr, new ipr, new orings in fuel bowl, and a riff raff frx two weeks ago. Runs great, but still the same warm idle. EDIT: I forgot to mention fuel pressure tends to fluctuate a few psi when it lopes like that. Don't know if that matters or not...
