Well after lots of research i finally got around to it and installed a flo pro 5" turbo back exhaust, 4" down pipe, and a dpf-r. Quick and painless install and am loving the mpg gains. The 5" exhaust really makes the 6.4 sound like a jet engine! LOVIN IT! Thanks for the advice.

Ok. thanks. so I should do the wrenching first and before starting go ahead and do the tuner and all is well? Has anyone gotten a ton of miles on their 6.4 without any of this? Any advice on intakes?

Is FICM tuning different from just building a 58V FICM?

The dealerships with the smart engineers and techs will fix this the right way by installing heavier duty drive shaft and carrier bearing. This happened once I went with 37" tires and I got the bigger better driveshaft and carrier bearing, problem solved!

Thanks for the help. I did find that autozone sales just the glass but im still kinda skeptical about changing just the glass because of the power.
