    PMF Traction Bar Question

The adjustment is there to allow you to change lift heights down the road without having to modify anything other than spinning the joint a couple times. I would never suggest adding preload unless is SPECIFICALLY for drag racing/sled pulling. No need to weld the frame brackets, just use the...

    2016 Sema Project

You get a little less spline engagement with the index plate installed but its not enough that a failure would occur.

Best bang for the buck traction bars?

Frame bracket and bar length is setup with the truck sitting at normal ride height. No preload should be added.

Best bang for the buck traction bars?

Pricing varies depending on options. I posted a link earlier if you wanted to play around with various configurations but a base price for a block mounted kit, bare steel finish, is $705.

Best bang for the buck traction bars?

With that configuration, I would recommend a block mounted kit then. If your happy with the existing height, you would measure the height of the block or if you have stacked blocks, the combined height and order that size. If you wanted to lift or lower the truck a little, we make the blocks...

If you are happy with the rear height and have the oem configuration of ubolts where the nuts are on the bottom of the axle housing, I would recommend the "Bottom Nut Ubolt" mounting option. If you have any questions, Im happy to assist...

    2016 Sema Project

Belt driven compressors are phenomenal but take up a lot of space where there isnt any to spare on the newer trucks. The older platforms had a bit of room to make them work though.

New PMF product! Airbag/bumpstop tang ubolt top plates.

Gotcha. Some sort of semi quick release or a really long travel bag would be the ticket for ya then it would seem.

New PMF product! Airbag/bumpstop tang ubolt top plates.

Vader, likely these would not work for you. They are intended to be used on trucks with lift leaf packs, where the arch of the spring puts the ubolt top plate and in turn the top of the block lower than it normally would be with an oem leaf.

Jomax, have you seen the Daystar lower capture deal for overload bags that they make? If/when we make an overload bag setup, I will likely incorporate their capture into the kit.

New PMF product! Airbag/bumpstop tang ubolt top plates.

We are now offering our ubolt top plates with an Airbag/bumpstop tang option. This is intended for use with lift packs and eliminates the need for the hokey spacers that would otherwise be needed to make a bag or bumpstop kit functional. Our normal top plates retail for $49 a pair and this...
