    what happened when it quit? fass pumps are VERY basic internally and really dont have any parts in them that cant be repaired fairly cheap. there is a plastic ball in there that you can suck through the housing and drop all fuel pressure and a simple ball bearing swap in place of the plastic...

    205's are really the max a guy should run with a stock pump. 225's will make more smoke and will be laggier and will prob go slower without a bunch of spray to somewhat compensate for lower injection pressure

    Some injector builders plug the hole with little ball bearings which isnt so good either because they can work loose over time and can make a mess out of the injector

    Not sure if BD offers springs but we have just been putting primary springs in ours form polaris atv's that we have kicking around in our garages

    :stupid: Usually one would test something like that before installing it on the turbo....especially when it has been said many times that when installing a BD diverter valve on a larger non-vgt turbo you should install a stiffer spring because the stock one usually opens way too early.

    Well we went out on the hwy last night for a test spin of the new setup and it works awesome! Holds 4000psi oil pressure right through the rpms and still extra fuel to burn at max rpm. This thing is gonna be nasty the next time it goes down a track!
