Anybody running Jesse’s Economy tune on a daily basis?

What are normal operating temps for a truck with the following mods? H&S Mini-Max with canned tunes, S&B cold air intake, and DPF/DOC delete. I'm seeing 199-201 ECT, 203-205 EOT, and 178-180 Trans temp going 65-75 mph not towing.

Looking for a price on an Icon Stage one 4.5" lift for a 2009 350 SRW with 6" rear blocks and the upgraded adjustable track bar, shipped to 16046.

I'm looking to get some new shocks for my truck. So far I like the Bilstein 5100 and 5160. Which would you pick and why? Or, is there some other brand not too expensive I should consider? My truck is leveled on 35's if that makes a difference.

What size rear blocks came from the factory on 08-10 F250's and F350's?

Is there any benefit to a dual exhaust vs a single other than sound? Also I only have a tuner, intake, and delete pipe, would a 4" work fine or go with a 5"?

My Passenger side mirror has been acting up lately, when I hit the button to fold them in, it doesn't work on the first or second try. It eventually does work, but sometimes they both quit for what seems like 5 minutes. Is there some type of timer built in so they don't overheat or what?

No stores near me stock Premium Blue Extrteme 5W40 anymore. What's a good substitute? Anybody use Schaeffer 9000? The local Advanced called the Valvoline distributor and they said the only way to buy 5W40 is in 55 Gallon drums.

What would look best on my truck,(pic in avatar)? A 4.5" Icon lift with 35's, or a 7" Icon with 37's? I'm not concerned with mileage as I don't use this truck as a DD. Give me some opinions on wheels too. I'm thinking 20" chrome Novakane's if 35's are used. And 22" if 37's.
