I would not see why you would change hpops. From a factory e99 to an adrenaline or t500 yes but not from a t500 to an adrenaline or vice versa. you will see no difference. I would but that toward larger billet intakes for when you get the t4 mount.

Do a search for gooch and 7.3. He will give you all the info you ever need on 7.3 coolant and flush info.

If you change the hpop and you have a e99 pay attention to the gasket. if it has a screen it will crqck the front cover.

For the price of a stock reman you can have a t500. now if you can get a 17 out of a pick n pull yard for cheap go for that. if it is cheaper then 100 sell it as a core.. joey buys them prob the other guys as well.

I am intersted in yiur bellowed up oipes going on the e99....dormans dont fit. and the guy i knew that welded in a set of the mesh tyoe looked gteat but git the same movement wear...due to having the same gasket design...maybe if he cranked down beans brass rings they might have moved less...

It is just like a hot water element. visually a Copper u. cord comes right off. om them out..clean them up... if not replace cord, heater or both. not pricy items. I would stay at 1000w to keep from having to find larger breakers. 1500 max

Check your 30amp fuse..bottom right of pannel and the one for cig lighter again. Those are your easy hail mary fix. I know you said all were good but... Also mine won't connect if rhe battery dead or has a bad terminal connection. Gives you something to do while you wait for the mail.

put an multi meter with an amp clamp on the cable.. but check all the fuses ..under hood , under dash . one circuit is draining the battery

Mine cranks like pooh when it is cold and I only get4-5 tries.. I blame mine on a failing icp, old azz glow plugs and one weak battery. plus my main battery cable is looking rather gnawed on from jumping. debating about making my own 3/0 cable or buying an oem. fires right up when it is warm...
